We are categorically the worst at updating this diary!! We apologise. You can surmise that it's been pretty busy and we are not slamming on the brakes any time soon. it's the time of year where we reflect on our little business and start to analyse it. It is noted that way more adult cakes than kid's cakes have been made to order already this year and buttercream covering seems way more popular than fondant currently.xx

Those Summer holidays are a distant memory and it's time to think about all things seasonal. We're busy teaching our craft at the local college, baking and creating for our lovely clients and getting ready to help our friend out at Cake International at her stall. There must be some time to think about Christmas too. Gee whizz, it's apparently the most wonderful time of the year!xx
Woah!!!! It's been so busy with lovely client cakes wooshing out the door; people are celebrating stuff all over the place. We've also been to Cake Camp for the weekend where we learnt lots of lovely new skills. xx
